Welcome to EnAuxo GmbHServices Overview
Energy markets are evolving rapidly and those who make the right decisions today secure lasting competitive advantage tomorrow.
EnAuxo delivers clear analysis, robust models, and actionable recommendations, transforming complexity into clarity and data into measurable value. Through our analytical methodology and experienced team, we provide stability, orientation, and a trusted partnership for sound decision-making, even in volatile and uncertain energy markets..
Energy market modelling
EnAuxo delivers tailored, bankable energy market models for investors, project developers, and utilities. Our analyses are grounded in a rigorous assessment of fundamental market data, historical and forward-looking price dynamics, and volatility across day-ahead, intraday, and balancing power markets.
On this basis, we assess opportunities and risks across a wide range of market scenarios. Our simulations capture all relevant revenue streams arising from different market mechanisms and regulatory frameworks.
This enables robust go/no-go decisions, optimised dispatch strategies, and well-founded investment and portfolio decisions – for both conventional and hybrid assets such as PV-BESS, wind-BESS, CHP, pumped-storage hydro, and combined-cycle gas turbines (CCGT)..
Due Diligence & Transactions Advisory
We support investors, financiers, and industrial partners through complex energy transactions and structured investment processes with rigorous market, technical, and regulatory analysis. Our approach combines quantitative energy market modelling with a deep understanding of applicable regulatory and economic frameworks.
Our due diligence, valuation, and market studies provide transparency on expected cash flows, revenue mechanisms, key risk drivers, and regulatory opportunities and uncertainties across the entire project lifecycle.
With decades of experience in the energy sector and an established network of specialised partners in more than 30 countries, we ensure that investment and divestment decisions are based on robust, traceable, and bankable foundations – efficient, confidential, and consistently outcome-driven.
Energy Efficiency & Optimisation
Through detailed energy audits, load profile and consumption analysis, we systematically identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiency reserves, and structural weaknesses in energy supply and usage. We assess key performance indicators such as kWh/m², specific load profiles, and PUE values, detect peak loads and inefficient operating patterns, and evaluate their economic and regulatory implications.
Based on these insights, we develop targeted recommendations for peak load reduction, load shifting, self-consumption optimisation, and CO₂ mitigation, fully aligned with the client’s operational and regulatory context.
We also develop tools and systems for portfolio optimisation. Our strategies integrate technical, organisational, and economic measures – ranging from the integration of renewable energy sources and storage solutions to power factor correction, process and asset efficiency improvements, and demand response and flexibility programmes. The objective is to sustainably reduce energy costs, lower emissions, and strengthen our clients’ long-term resilience and competitiveness.
Renewable Energy & Energy Transition
EnAuxo supports the full lifecycle of solar PV, wind, and battery storage projects – from early development through investment and operational decision-making. We conduct robust feasibility, site, and yield assessments, model energy production under different market and weather assumptions, and provide targeted advice on LCOE and LCOS optimisation.
We further support grid integration, network connection concepts, and permitting processes, taking into account technical, regulatory, and system-level constraints.
In addition, we deliver regulatory and financial advisory services across the entire value chain – from subsidy and grid connection strategies to PPA structuring, revenue modelling, and the assessment of long-term risks and opportunities. Our focus remains on sustainable profitability, investment security, and the long-term integration of projects into an evolving energy system.
Insights & Thought Leadership – EnAuxo Views
Energy markets are undergoing profound transformation and EnAuxo provides sound orientation in an increasingly complex environment. Our analyses, studies, and publications combine deep market expertise, regulatory developments, and technological innovation into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
We address key questions across the energy transition – from market design and price formation to storage integration, flexibility markets, system stability, and long-term decarbonisation and investment strategies.
EnAuxo stands for data-driven insight, analytical depth, and practical perspectives that structure strategic debate and enable sustainable decision-making. Our thought leadership is aimed at investors, corporates, and public institutions committed to actively shaping Europe’s energy transition.
Project Development – Energy Storage & Future Technologies
EnAuxo develops sustainable energy projects with a clear focus on battery energy storage systems (BESS) and hybrid system concepts that actively contribute to grid stability, system flexibility, and decarbonisation. We combine deep technical expertise with robust market and economic analysis.
Currently, two battery storage projects in Lower Austria with a combined capacity of approximately 120 MWh are in a development pipeline. These projects are designed to meet the requirements of modern power markets and capture multiple revenue streams across energy, balancing, and flexibility markets.
Our services cover site identification and assessment, grid connection and permitting management, technical system design, detailed economic and revenue modelling, and structured project support through to the ready-to-build stage.
Our objective is to develop economically viable, system-relevant assets that make a measurable contribution to the energy transition, security of supply, and the long-term integration of renewable energy sources.
